The question
My son — may Allah preserve him — is six years old, and he loves the Arabic language very much. Yesterday he told me of a dream of his: to become a da'i to Islam in the lands of China, and that Islam would spread by his hand in that country.
How do I help him and support him with that?
Are there sources that help us learn the Chinese language and curriculum, may Allah bless you?
Our answer
May Allah preserve you and bless you, and delight your eyes with him as an imam of the God-fearing. I see first that you should plant in him from now the idea of the little da'i, and the correct understanding of his religion, and strengthen his Arabic. After that it's very easy that he be a da'i in more than one country, not only China. Languages can be learned over time. But more important in da'wah, before the language, is the scholarly and fiqh balance he carries. You can then introduce him to the languages he wants.
I advise you to let him look at Fityah magazine — in it is a section for the little da'i. Use with him the skills of the eloquent speaker, available on our channel, and everything that strengthens in him the character of a da'i. May Allah preserve him and bless him and grant him his hopes.
